Group Living
Both Newport House and Harmony House provide a stable home life for adults with developmental disabilities who require full time care. The goal in each home is to provide necessary living supports and encourage residents to be as independent as possible through work, social opportunities, and inclusion in their community.
Both homes are funded by Community Living BC (CLBC) and based on a referral to Group Living at SSCS. A facilitator for CLBC will work with families to provide information around eligibility and group living supports for individuals.
